We are seeking a talented University Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Campus Recruiting function, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top talent from universities globally.

  • Develop and execute campus recruiting plans across various territories
  • Create innovative ways to attract diverse candidates and increase our competitive advantage
  • Coordinate events at assigned universities, ensuring timeliness and consistency
  • Build strong relationships with university career services to enhance overall insight and activities at each school
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and implement effective strategies to attract, engage, and retain top early career talent
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years campus recruiting experience, with a strong track record of self-sourcing talent
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
