- Leadership and Development
- Mentor and support centre staff to achieve their full potential and meet the National Quality Standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local families and the community, promoting the centre's services and values.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase centre occupancy and reputation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
