About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project resources, directing sub-contractors, monitoring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining daily records of site activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate plant, labour, and material resources for project sites
  • Direct and monitor sub-contractors, suppliers, and plant hirers
  • Monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements
  • Maintain daily records of site activities
  • Ensure quality expectations are met or exceeded

Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Civil Construction
  • Current driver's licence
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Experience in minor civil infrastructure works and urban development projects
  • Strong sense of teamwork
