About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Randstad Digital. As a key member of our quality engineering capability, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Tosca and Selenium.
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, multi-company team environment.
  • Contribute to test planning deliverables, including Test Strategies and Test Plans.
  • Conduct API testing to validate backend functionality and integration points.
  • Lead the automation scripting efforts, ensuring high-quality, maintainable scripts.
  • Manage defects and follow through to resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Computing, Engineering, Science, Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience:
  • Multiple years in a Test Analyst or Integration Test Analyst role within large, complex projects.
  • Strong background in software testing across all levels and methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
  • Extensive experience in integration testing with multiple third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing, cloud testing, and defect management.
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Experience leading small test teams.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in automation tools like Tosca, Selenium, SoapUI/ReadyAPI.
    • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and other development tools.
    • Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Certifications:
    • ISTQB Certified or equivalent (desired).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, conflicting demands.
