We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at the Bowen Bridge Concrete Plant as a Batching Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient batching and loading of concrete, while contributing to the success of our dynamic team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately batch orders to specified mix designs using dedicated programs and systems
  • Operate front-end loaders to weigh materials for batching, ensuring safe and efficient operations
  • Manage day-to-day administration, including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
  • Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
  • Contribute to general yard housekeeping and maintenance

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for the concrete industry, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • Strong computer skills, with experience working with multiple systems and safety reporting
  • Flexibility and a willingness to cover various responsibilities across the plant as required
