Job Description
The Learning and Development team is responsible for creating and implementing effective learning programs that support the growth and development of our employees. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality training initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the Financial Services (FS) learning program, including relevant processes, procedures, and maintenance of the learning management system and learning artefacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proven customer service skills are also essential, along with a well-developed risk mindset and a passion for learning and development. Effective organisation and planning skills, including strong diary management, are necessary for managing competing priorities and deadlines.
