About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Pet Circle's Bibra Lake Fulfilment Centre. As a key member of our fleet, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by safely operating our vehicles and delivering orders to residential addresses across the Metro Perth region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a 2 or 1 tonne delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload pre-sorted orders from the vehicle, adhering to company standards.
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Perform pre and post-shift vehicle safety checks, reporting any issues to a supervisor or manager.
  • Communicate effectively with the onsite fleet team to resolve any on-shift issues.
  • Meet daily and weekly KPI targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • A valid Class C Australian Drivers Licence with a safe driving record.
  • Familiarity with driving in the Metro Perth region, preferably from a multi-drop courier background.
  • Experience using a handheld scanning device for deliveries and communication.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kgs) and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using technology to scan parcels and take proof of delivery photos.
