Job Title: Disability Support Worker

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Supporting individuals with physical and emotional disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience working with people with disabilities
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • First aid certificate
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate
  • Driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
  • ABN

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in disability services, aged care, or nursing
