Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Oracle EBS applications across Financials, Supply Chain, and CRM systems to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Integrate Oracle EBS with third-party systems using APIs, Web Services, and middleware solutions for seamless data exchange.
- Work with Oracle Workflow, Alerts, and Application Framework (OAF) to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Develop reports using XML Publisher, Web ADI, and JDeveloper (OAF, ADF, Java) to gain valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs and deliver results.
- Ensure best practices are adopted by following Oracle's standard processes and methodologies for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and stability of Oracle EBS systems.
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues as needed to maintain seamless operations and minimize downtime.

Requirements:
- Strong background in Oracle EBS development and customisation is essential for success in this role.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development and support is required to demonstrate expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Apex is necessary for effective development and customization of Oracle EBS applications.
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, Alerts, and Application Framework (OAF) is highly desirable and can be leveraged to enhance process automation and optimization.
- Integration experience using APIs, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a must for successful integration with third-party systems.
- Certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional and Oracle Apex Developer are highly valued and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud programming languages is a plus and can be beneficial in developing cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication & collaboration abilities are crucial for working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver results.
