Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections, arrange maintenance, and manage lease renewals.
  • Prepare and process tenancy agreements, property reports, and related documentation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors.

You will receive the support you need to excel in this role, including an assistant to assist with administrative duties and other property management tasks.

Requirements:

  • 12-24 months of experience as a Property Manager in a residential environment is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property management, including legislation and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the office's success.
