Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist/Consultant to join our team at our flagship hospital in Canberra. As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our emergency medicine services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency medical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development of emergency medicine services, including quality improvement initiatives and education programs
- Collaborate with other departments and services to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in on-call and after-hours duties as required

Our hospital is a large, tertiary-level facility with over 650 beds, serving a population of over 550,000. We offer a wide range of services, including acute inpatient and day services, outpatient services, women's and children's services, and more.
