Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our room at Green Leaves Early Learning Centres.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), with experience in planning, implementing and evaluating programs. They will be capable of engaging children through activities and experiences tailored to their age groups and stages of development.

A successful applicant will also possess prior leadership experience in mentoring educators, as well as being a team player who is open to different views and receptive to feedback. They will have a mature and professional approach, ensuring the room is always immaculately presented and welcoming.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement educational programs aligned with EYLF and NQS
  2. Plan and deliver engaging activities for children based on their age and developmental needs
  3. Support and mentor colleagues to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery
  4. Maintain a safe and well-presented learning environment

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification or working towards one, approved by ACECQA
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
