The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Design and Development Manager with an RF/C4 focus to join one of our Defence projects.

As the manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of engineering plans, including Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Systems Engineering Management Plan, Safety Management Plan, Configuration Management Plan.

You will also provide professional engineering advice to support the achievement of Land-worthiness military equipment and systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering;
  • Minimum 7+ years experience working in complex Defence engineering systems;
  • Understanding of the One Defence Capability System (formerly the Capability Life Cycle);
  • Previous experience working in a large Defence capital acquisition projects;
