About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join our team at Reece Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of bathroom and kitchen products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention.
  • Utilize our advanced 3D Planner to bring customers' dream bathroom designs to life, enhancing their decision-making experience.
  • Efficiently handle quotes, orders, and communication through emails and phone calls, maintaining a smooth process.
  • Develop strong relationships with builders, developers, and interior designers, providing expert advice on our products and services.

Requirements:
