We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Leader to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Service Leader, you will provide leadership and management for client services across Brightwater At Home in conjunction with other Service Leaders. The Service Leader works closely with the Manager, Brightwater At Home to provide high quality services to people living in their own homes.

You will bring:

  • Experience in managing and leading a team within a community service or related environment
  • Demonstrated experience in case management or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience, including staff supervision and program development
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of aged care quality standards
  • Commitment to providing safe high-quality care
  • Demonstrated business acumen, adept at navigating key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive successful program outcomes
  • Working knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation; aged care act and community care common standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that deliver effective leadership, teamwork and stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to build and maintain internal/external relationships and networks
  • Evidence of effective resource management to agreed performance targets
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health/clinical discipline
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Satisfactory national police certificate
