Key responsibilities
  • Main duties: Design and optimise key customer experiences by creating and optimising key customer pathways through our product.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and growth/marketing leads to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype new interactions, and launch features that drive acquisition and product adoption.
  • Data-driven design: Analyse quantitative product and marketing funnel data to identify friction points in acquisition, activation, and conversion, then iterate on designs (e.g. A/B tests) to improve key growth metrics like website conversion, signup rates, product usage, and upsell.
  • Prototyping and execution: Translate wireframes into clickable prototypes and finished designs using Figma, ensuring consistency with our design system and brand. Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product design with a strong track record of delivering impactful digital products as an IC (staff-level experience or equivalent).
  • Growth experience: Proven ability to use design to improve growth metrics (activation, retention, conversion, upsell, etc.).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a history of working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • User-first approach: Deep empathy for customers and a user-centered design mentality.
