Your Role
  • Drive the design process across various project types, including education, residential, public, and commercial projects, ensuring seamless integration of creative vision with practical project delivery.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and manage design development, maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
  • Balance creativity with strategic project management, guaranteeing timely completion and budgetary alignment.
  • Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through every stage of the project, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Contribute to evolving internal workflows and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of the community, driving meaningful impact and sustainable growth.

Key Qualifications
  • Registration as an Architect in South Australia, with a deep understanding of local codes and regulations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience, showcasing a strong capability with design tools Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Solutions-focused mindset with creative flair, combined with great communication skills, confident engaging with clients, consultants, and team members.
  • Experience in education, commercial, and aged care projects, with sound knowledge of local codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
