Job Opportunity: Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide top-level support to our CEOs in the entertainment and digital content industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries, emails, schedules, and priorities for the CEOs.
  • Handle confidential reports, creative briefs, and sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Organise travel, shoots, events, and content planning meetings.
  • Coordinate and track creative projects from concept to delivery ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Officer, or Project Manager, ideally in entertainment, digital media, or creative industries.
  • Previous support for CEOs, creators, influencers, or entertainment executives is highly valued.
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills especially across creative teams.

This role combines high-level executive support with hands-on project coordination making it perfect for someone who excels in creativity, organisation, and getting things done.
