A Day in the Life of a Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 employees, driving company values, and maintaining store presentation. You will also liaise with stock allocators and work independently to manage stock levels and maximize sales.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a generous remuneration package including clothing and phone allowances, a monthly bonus scheme, and unlimited clothing discount for you and your family. Our 38-hour week allows for a great work-life balance, and you'll receive overtime penalties for any additional hours worked.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need demonstrated leadership experience, a customer-first approach, and similar experience in a retail or hospitality role. While prior experience is beneficial, we value attitude and a willingness to learn.
