Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a systems administrator in a multi-disciplinary team, delivering services and expertise to a key client.

Maintain, sustain and incrementally improve systems to meet evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, monitor, maintain, upgrade, and support all client ICT systems, infrastructure, hardware and software.
  • Ensure the baseline configuration of client systems and environments.
  • Respond to client ICT support services in accordance with ITIL Service Management.
  • Provide remediation and stabilisation of client networks, inclusive of all support arrangements.

Essential Requirements:
  • Be an Australian Citizen.
  • Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance.
  • Ability to work onsite (Canberra).

This role requires experience with Windows-based systems administration, VMware-based virtualisation technologies and ITIL methodologies for IT service management.
