About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Crest Road Early Learning Centre. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children.

With a focus on delivering high-quality education and care, you will work collaboratively with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the unique needs of each child.

This is a full-time opportunity working 38 hours per week, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

About You
  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
