Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

The resort has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, workplace policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and present orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate training records and manage seasonal worker programs.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance and development.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or related field.
  • Proven experience as a HR advisor or similar role including understanding of employment legislation.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills.
