Six Degrees Executive is collaborating with a prominent high-rise construction firm that is in search of a skilled Structural Foreman. This role is crucial for overseeing the execution of a prestigious multi-residential development project valued at approximately $90 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a tailored multi-residential construction project.
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction operations, ensuring subcontractors adhere to the project timeline.
- Maintain rigorous health and safety standards throughout the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, planning approvals, and company policies.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and manage defect rectification.
- Ensure the site is maintained in a clean and orderly condition prior to project handover.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a structural or general foreman on high-end multi-residential projects with values exceeding $25 million.
- Experience primarily focused on the structural phases of construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and health and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Possession of a QBCC supervisor's license and an unrestricted driver's license.
- Demonstrated experience in trade coordination, scheduling, and project management.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are highly regarded.
