We are seeking reliable and motivated civil labourers to join our team in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley area.

About the Role:

  • Assist in various civil construction tasks, including backfilling pipes and pits, concrete placement, and plant spotting.
  • Work on minor roads and subdivisions, performing tasks such as shovelling, pipe laying, and sand and gravel bagging.
  • Operate small plant equipment, such as rollers, dump trucks, and plate compactors.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Construction White Card.
  • Pass a functional assessment, including a drug and alcohol screen.
  • Have reliable transport.
  • Be willing to learn and develop skills in civil and earth works.
  • Display a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a team player attitude.
