About the Role

We are seeking a professional to join our team in a research services capacity. This role involves providing operational leadership and financial management oversight of the organisation's budget and research portfolio.

This position requires an individual with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in relation to data entry and integrity. The successful candidate will have demonstrated decision making in an administrative context, including organisational and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in research administration and the ability to interpret relevant policies and procedures. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to meaningfully contribute to a high-functioning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Degree or associate diploma equivalent with at least 2 years' relevant research administration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in research administration and the ability to interpret relevant policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in relation to data entry and integrity.
  • Demonstrated decision making in an administrative context, including organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated digital literacy skills with a large range of software and systems relevant to research administration support.
