Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a technical lead, managing daily support and projects for clients.

  • You will be responsible for operating as a senior technical point of contact, overseeing both daily support and planned technical initiatives.
  • Expect to work extensively with Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern security controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of escalated support issues and service queues
  • Delivering business-as-usual support and leading small to medium implementation projects including email migrations and cloud app rollouts
  • Working closely with stakeholders to turn technical recommendations into business-focused outcomes

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience within a managed service provider or outsourced IT environment
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Conditional Access
  • Solid experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory
  • Networking knowledge covering VPN, VLAN, routers, switches, and firewall troubleshooting
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent documentation practices and time management
  • Sound understanding of security best practices including MFA, Microsoft Defender, patching, and compliance
