The role of a teacher is multifaceted and demanding, requiring not only strong communication and interpersonal skills but also the ability to adapt to changing situations.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a deep understanding of the relevant curriculum, including the ability to incorporate literacy and numeracy skills. They will be experienced in responding to student learning needs and have a proven track record of implementing high-impact teaching strategies.
Responsibilities include monitoring and assessing student learning, using data to inform teaching practice and providing feedback on student growth and achievement. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and able to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader school community.
