This position reports to the Senior Ranger Estate Management and provides updates on estate and tenure management, including permit administration, development assessments, and Native Title processes.

Detailed correspondence, including ministerial briefings, and assistance in strategic planning for tenure matters like revocations, acquisitions, and trusteeships are key responsibilities.

Maintaining regional activities to ensure compliance with legislative and policy frameworks, identifying opportunities for improved conservation outcomes is a critical task.

Departmental systems and communication portals are used to coordinate stakeholder engagement, record-keeping, and reporting within tight timeframes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential for streamlining data management, drafting reports, and presenting information to diverse stakeholders.
