Position Overview

Due to strong growth, we have created the position of Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert compliance and advisory services to a client portfolio that is comprised of SME and SMSF clients.

The Partner will be responsible for managing a client portfolio with a fee income of circa $700k and will work alongside a very proactive financial planning division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert compliance and advisory services to a client portfolio
  • Manage a client portfolio with a fee income of circa $700k
  • Work alongside a very proactive financial planning division
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of accountants and support staff
  • Ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualification
  • 10+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice
  • Ability to purchase equity (up to $700,000) in a short period of time
  • Experience with all entity types, including SMSFs
  • Strong technical tax knowledge
  • Experience with Xero and BGL 360
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Stable employment history
