We are seeking a skilled designer to join our team and create innovative designs that drive business results.

Job Description:

The role of the designer will be to develop and implement visual concepts, layouts and graphics for various marketing materials, websites and brand assets. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in designing for digital channels and a strong portfolio showcasing their work.

A successful designer will be able to balance creativity with business objectives, think strategically and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and Google Suite, and have experience working on Webflow, Shopify (and sometimes Wix) and marketing platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, Meta Ads and social channels.

The designer will participate in client workshops to gather ideas and inspiration, collaborate with the core team to manage clients, craft copy and identify technical requirements. They will also be responsible for building and integrating design elements into websites and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in designing for digital channels
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and Google Suite
  • Experience working on Webflow, Shopify (and sometimes Wix) and marketing platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, Meta Ads and social channels
