Job Title: Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing seamless and intuitive experiences, with a strong understanding of human-centered design principles and practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that drive business results and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop product interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and easy to use
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business goals
  • Develop and maintain high-quality design assets, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Design or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Advanced skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (InVision, Framer, or similar)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking and execution
  • The ability to turn complex problems into simple, accessible, and delightful solutions
  • Experience gathering and acting on data, customer feedback, and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
