**Photography Studio Manager Opportunity**

This role oversees the daily operations of photography studios, encompassing staff management, equipment maintenance, and customer service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate and maintain professional-grade photography equipment to guarantee high-quality images.

• Train staff in equipment usage and techniques to ensure consistent photo quality.

• Manage a team of photographers, oversee training, and provide performance feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth studio operations.

• Review and manage staff rosters, timesheets, and payroll to ensure accurate coverage and payment.

• Complete daily and weekly reports on stock management, equipment issues, and HR matters.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, outstanding communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ensure all staff are well-presented and wear provided uniforms.

• Coordinate consumable stock, replacement parts, and equipment maintenance to minimize disruptions.

• Report serious equipment malfunctions, stock spoilage, and operational issues promptly.

• Provide weekly comments on customer experience, staff morale, and relevant management issues.

**Requirements:**

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

• Mobile phone.

• Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Availability for training days, bump-in, bump-out, and Christmas Eve.
