Leadership Role in Maintenance Operations

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of maintenance personnel and ensure the smooth operation of plant and equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead a team of maintenance personnel and achieve operational excellence
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external partners to deliver reliable maintenance solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Mechanical or Electrical (Required) or relevant Bachelor's Degree (Highly regarded)
  • 3–4 years of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership, ideally within Dairy or FMCG
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with SAP knowledge
