Customer Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support our operations in Perth, Australia. This role offers a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a key customer-facing position that is expanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, commissioning, and calibration of XRF, XRD, and SPE instruments
  • Preventative maintenance on instruments
  • Responding to breakdown calls as needed

The role involves extensive travel, including at least 80% within Perth, remote mine sites, and interstate. Occasional overseas travel may also be necessary.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of field service experience
  • Advanced Diploma or higher in Electronics, with strong electro-mechanical skills
  • West Australian radiation safety license (advantageous)
  • IT literacy
  • Ability to travel at short notice
  • Passion for customer service
  • Experience with X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, or neutron analysis (advantageous)
