Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Hungry Jack's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
