Respiratory Service Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a comprehensive service structure that includes outpatient operations, daytime units, and inpatient sleep services.

The role involves:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimise administration and the patient experience.
  • Coordinating administrative workflows and information flow to support operations.
  • Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team to drive improvements in high-quality, patient-centred service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and people management skills to guide a team through complex workflows. They should also possess a sharp eye for process improvement and be able to engage stakeholders to implement updated procedures.

In addition, the successful candidate will require a high level of IT proficiency to navigate multiple systems, enabling efficient workflows and data-driven decisions.

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement strategic plans that optimise administration and the patient experience across respiratory services.
