Job Title:

Registered Nurse (Night Duty)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Duty Registered Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote a culture of safety and excellence in patient care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality patient care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
  • At least 12 months' experience in a relevant nursing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
