About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on the challenging role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our mental health community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of high-quality care across our unit, collaborating closely with other staff members to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for assisting with staffing, rostering, and leave management, as well as supporting recruitment and performance management processes. You will also be involved in the financial and supplies planning and monitoring to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
