Job Description

In this role, you'll be working exclusively on our member portal and applications to continuously improve the user experience for ease of use, comprehension, accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

You'll apply your content design expertise in agile environments, adhering to best-practice principles and processes.

  • Use analytics and customer insights to identify optimisations that improve customer experience and quality
  • Devise evidence-based content recommendations based on user-testing, SEO research, and inputs from cross-functional teams
  • Translate user and business requirements into compelling content experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Around 3+ years of experience in UX writing and/or product content design
  • Solid understanding of SEO, accessibility, and UX fundamentals, paired with high-level copywriting, grammar, and editing skills
  • Experience working on content for both website and mobile applications
