About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team to provide business intelligence solutions and support self-service reporting frameworks that meet business and information needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business intelligence requirements and develop reports using a range of Business Intelligence tools and methods.
  • Work with business areas to identify needs, evaluate data and processes, and support users in achieving self-service reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments, with the ability to identify innovative strategies for data-driven decision making.
  • Prepare concise and audience-specific presentations, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Build productive relationships and explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, using modern methods and data visualisation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments, with the ability to identify innovative strategies for data-driven decision making.
  • Clear written communication skills, able to prepare concise and audience-specific presentations, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, capable of building productive relationships and explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines, handling multiple projects and competing priorities with attention to detail and quality.
