As a Broker Administration Support at Elders Rural, you'll play a crucial role in assisting the Commercial Operations Manager with daily operations, ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new brokers, providing software training, and supporting broker reporting tasks.

About You

  • You have experience working with broker platforms and processes, with a strong understanding of the mortgage brokering industry.
  • You're able to assess clients' financial situations and provide advice on their borrowing capacity.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and brokers.
  • You're detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • You have strong computer skills, with a good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role

  • Assist the Commercial Operations Manager in daily operations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new brokers.
  • Provide software training and support broker reporting tasks.
  • Track and complete required actions in CAMMS for self and team.
  • Report hazards, near misses, and incidents through the safety system.
