Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on key initiatives within our Customer Digital Platform, aiming to improve our systems and enhance the overall customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring timely delivery while fostering clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure project billing and budgets align with approved financial plans
  • Collaborate with consultants and vendors to deliver agreed project outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, business administration, digital platforms, or a related field
  • Industry certifications in project management such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of business and digital applications, utilizing technology to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in project management, procurement, and business case development
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage different user groups to implement improvements to systems and processes
