About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of daily store operations, including store cleanliness and presentation
  • Lead by example and drive your team to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Manage people-related tasks, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Deliver on sales targets and manage labour spend, stock levels, and other controllable expenses
  • Build morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous management experience of at least 2 years
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and effectively communicate
  • Energetic, positive attitude with a can-do approach

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time, permanent role working across various shifts, including afternoons, days, and evenings. You will be required to work in person at our store location.
