Lubrication Specialist

The company operates a lithium mining project in Western Australia, producing spodumene and tantalite concentrate. We are a dynamic and purpose-driven organization, committed to innovation and leadership.

As a lubrication technician, you will be responsible for hydrocarbon management within the fixed plant. This includes developing and implementing best practice storage, dispensing, and analysis of lubricants.

• Carry out manual lubrication of all rotating equipment.
• Maintain and replenish automatic grease systems.
• Replenish oil lubricated systems.
• Take oil samples and send to laboratory for analysis.
• Changeout filters on air and oil systems.
• Maintain CMMS database.
• Manage stock levels in Lubrication storage areas.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Carrying out manual grease lubrication of all rotating equipment.
2. Maintaining and replenishing automatic grease systems.
3. Replenishing all oil lubricated systems.
4. Carrying out oil sampling and sending it to the laboratory for analysis.
5. Changing out filters on air and oil systems.
6. Maintaining the CMMS database.
7. Managing stock levels in Lubrication storage areas.

About You:

• 2-3 years' relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of fixed plant equipment.
• High level of attention to details and disciplined approach to work.
• Relevant trade qualification.
