This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective use of systems and processes to support strategic planning, financial reporting, and operational decision-making.

">Key Responsibilities">

  2. Maintain accurate financial records and systems related to capital works and asset revaluations.">
  3. Perform end-of-year financial activities and ensure timely reconciliation of transactions within the Asset Management System.">
  4. Access and analyse data across asset and finance systems to support reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.">
  5. Assist with the completion and financial closure of capital works projects, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.">
  6. Provide system support to users and contribute to asset-related projects and panels.">

Requirements:

  • You will be a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong foundation in financial management.">
  • A current Driver Licence is required for this role.">
  • You must have relevant experience in budget management, financial reporting, job costing, and asset accounting.">
  • You will work effectively with complex data, interrogating systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset and financial records.">
