  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive business results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
