Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking a Senior Fulfilment Leader to join our team as the QLD Operations Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with your team members, driving behaviours towards best-in-class fulfilment principles, and achieving exceptional results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

The role is focused on monitoring performance and productivity across all operational areas, driving strategic planning and forecasting, leveraging the operations teams by sourcing and nurturing ideas, and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive accountability and results across a complex, highly dynamic environment.
  • Leverage SOPs, workflows, and processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a positive team dynamic that encourages employee feedback and participation.
