About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Caloundra. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, aged 15 months to school age.

As an Educator, you will work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children. Your expertise in the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards will ensure that our programs are aligned with best practice and meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
