Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge engineering solutions. The successful candidate will apply CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimise performance and support organisational growth.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design innovative solutions, and oversee their successful execution in developing impactful solutions that benefit clients. You will establish a centre of excellence for BESS internally and lead the innovation strategy and roadmap for the organisation, focusing on emerging technologies and sustainable solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent, with 7+ years' experience at a senior level. They will also have Lean & Six Sigma Mastery, working knowledge of CI methodologies, and proven experience in preparing tenders. Additionally, they will be an influencer and change agent who can promote a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organisation.
