Job Title: Executive Director of Customer ExperienceDescription:A key leadership role has become available at one of our largest assets, Westfield Fountain Gate. As Executive Director of Customer Experience, you will lead the Centre team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving operational and commercial results.
You will report directly to the Regional Manager, Centre Experience - VIC, and be responsible for ensuring the centre's financial and commercial performance. Your focus will be on building a customer-led culture, coaching, and empowering your team to deliver great experiences every day.
Your key accountabilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a customer-centric approach across all areas of the centre.
- Building and leading a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Driving commercial outcomes through effective financial and capital planning processes.
- Maintaining compliance with health and life safety standards across the team and contract partners.
About the Role

What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as free parking at all Westfield destinations in Victoria, Life Leave, and Gender Neutral Parental Leave.
